Rules & Regulations
  1. Auctioning and retailing is not allowed inside the Exhibition ground during the Fair.
  2. Please do not bring the persons under 18 years old into the Fair.
  3. To provide a sound ambient for participants, any background music broadcasting, fashion shows and other performance activities shall be subjected to prior written approval from organizer (sound value shall be under 60 db all the times).
  4. Organizer will allocate the booths according to the request from exhibitors, but have the final allocating discretion.
  5. Organizer retains the right to re-allocate the booths according to the integral interests of the Fair.
  6. Should the participants fail to pay the expenses in regulated time, organizer shall cancel its qualification of participation.
  7. During the Fair, participants shall make sure that all its staff, dealers or representatives wearing the Pass in Exhibiting ground; the Pass is not allowed to be transferred; participants will collect the Pass when they register at reception of the Fair.
  8. During the fair, exhibitors are suggested to have at least one representative at their booths to communicate with the visitors. The representative shall know well the products and have the right to discuss and negotiate with visitor upon the products and sign the contracts. 
  9. The products and advertisements at the booths shall be in accordance with what participants applied in the Application Forms.
  10. The booths for every participant are not transferable. Should any participants were found transferring, reselling, subcontracting or other means sharing the booths with the third party, it will be immediately canceled the right of participating the Fair, its booths and products will also be removed. The expenses occurred will be borne by participants.
  11. Participants only can do advertising within their booths, any means of advertising, demonstrating and soliciting business are not allowed. Exhibits and advertisements are not allowed to put outside the booths.
  12. Participants must make sure that the exhibits and its packages, advertisements or any parts of the booths not violating others rights, including the intellectual properties, which includes but not limited the registered or unregistered trademarks, copyrights, packing designs, titles and patents.
  13. Organizer will take the necessary security measures in and outside the exhibiting ground. However, the participants are advised to insure their exhibits and protect their personal belongings and exhibits. Organizer will not bear any legal responsibilities for the lost and damage to exhibits or personal belongings.
  14. Participants must take precaution measures to avoid their products or activities hurting any visitors. The products or activities belong to this category must be operated by the authorized persons with prior written approval from organizer.
  15. During the Fair, participants are not allowed to stick or hang any posts, overhangs or other objects on the name tags on the booths.
  16. Participants are suggested to take care the fire safety within the exhibition ground. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Ironing inside the exhibition ground is also not allowed.
  17. Without the special approval from organizer, removing or withdrawing the booths and exhibits prior to the official closing time on the last day of the Fair is not allowed.
  18. Under the following conditions, organizer has the right to terminate the participant's qualification and close its booths without prior notice. The expenses occurred shall be borne by the participant:

    Participant conducts any activities which are not in accordance with the nature and purposes of the Fair, or violating the interests of Fair or other participants.

    Participant exhibits the price of products and sells the products which are not in accordance with the nature and purposes of the Fair to private buyers inside the exhibition ground. 

    Participant fails to enter the booths 30 minutes prior to the Opening Ceremony (showed in Participant Manual provided by organizer). It will be deemed as giving up its participation and booths; and the organizer has the right to dispose the booths. The participation fee will not be returned.

    Participant exhibits the products within its booth in accordance with what it applied in the Application Forms but covering less 60% of the booths area.

    Participant is found treating visitors with discriminating attitude.
  19. Organizer retains the right to refuse anyone entering the exhibition ground according to the regulations of Fair
  20. Exhibitor shall inform the organizer in written for canceling participating 75 days prior to the Opening of the Fair (otherwise the payment to booths is not refundable). The organizer will perform as follow: within 30 days after the confirmation of the participation (submission of the signed of Application Form), 25% of the payment shall be deducted as Cancellation Fee; within 45 days after the confirmation of the participation (submission of the signed of Application Form), 50% of the payment shall be deducted as Cancellation Fee; longer than 45 days after the confirmation of the participation (submission of the signed of Application Form), 100% of the payment shall be deducted as Cancellation Fee.
  21. Upon the conditions of force majeure (including but not limited war, embargo, riot, lawsuit or government regulation),  which make the organizer can not organize the Fair, the organizer has the right to cancel the Fair, or change the nature of the Fair, reduce the scale, shorten or extend the time of the Fair. Participants shall not claim the compensation and refund from the organizer or its dealers or representative. 
  22. The final interpretation power of this provision belongs to the organizer.
